Website Use

You may browse this website for personal, informational, and flight simulation interest purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or abusive form entries, or attempt unauthorized access to any connected service.

Early Access Waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets VibePilot ATC send development updates and early-access information to the email address you provide. Waitlist access does not guarantee product availability, a release date, an invitation, specific features, pricing, platform support, or continued operation of any preview build.

You can withdraw consent or ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by contacting [email protected].

Development Status

VibePilot ATC is in early active development. Roadmaps, architecture descriptions, demos, screenshots, videos, and technical notes are informational only and may change without notice.

Simulation Only

VibePilot ATC is intended only for consumer flight simulation and software development contexts. It is not aviation safety software, certified ATC software, pilot training approval, navigation guidance, or operational aviation advice. Do not use it for real-world flight operations.

Intellectual Property

The website, VibePilot ATC name, text, visual design, demos, diagrams, software descriptions, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the project unless otherwise stated. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, redistribute, or present the materials as your own without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by VibePilot ATC.

Third-Party Services

The site uses third-party services such as Formspree for form processing, Microsoft Clarity for optional analytics after consent, YouTube no-cookie embeds for videos, and hosting infrastructure. Their own terms and policies may also apply to those services.

No Warranties

The website and any preview information are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that development plans will be completed as described.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibePilot ATC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, waitlist, or preview information.
